📋 Description

• • As a Product Manager at BrainCo Inc.'s GovAI division, you will own end-to-end product initiatives that translate complex government and commercial challenges into reliable AI-powered solutions, directly impacting how critical public services are delivered.
• • You will drive product execution from discovery and scoping through design, development, and delivery, writing clear PRDs, conducting customer discovery, grooming backlogs, and measuring impact to iterate continuously.
• • BrainCo builds infrastructure to productionize AI for high-stakes, regulated environments like government, healthcare, and finance, where manual workflows still dominate, aiming to make AI systems scalable, dependable, and impactful at scale.
• • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in workflow automation, government technology adoption, and cross-functional leadership, gaining the ability to shape product strategy in ambiguous, early-stage environments while driving real-world impact.
