📋 Description

• As a Product Manager, Growth at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will own and improve the end-to-end sign-up and purchase funnel for car insurance, playing a critical role in scaling the company’s core product and expanding into new offerings.
• Day to day, you will conduct structured product walkthroughs to map user journeys, monitor and synthesize user feedback from app reviews and support tickets, drive bug triage with engineering, and contribute to A/B test design and funnel analysis as you take ownership of feature launches and compliance-driven initiatives.
• You will join a small, high-impact Growth team of three PMs reporting directly to the VP of Growth, working closely with an overseas engineering team based in China, requiring 3–4 hours of daily overlap for effective collaboration in a fast-shipping culture that launches products in 1–2 months.
• In this role, you will develop strong product instincts by owning ambiguous problems end-to-end, mastering funnel optimization and experimentation, and gaining visibility into C-suite decision-making while building expertise in growth-driven product management at a profitable, scaling startup.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in management consulting, product management, or product/business operations
• Track record of independently owning ambiguous work and delivering clear outputs
• Comfort with funnel analysis, A/B test interpretation, or structured data work
• Strong written and verbal communication skills — including the ability to synthesize messy signals into clear recommendations
• Willingness to maintain regular daily overlap with China business hours for engineering coordination
