- • Own the Growth experimentation pipeline from ideation through implementation and analysis, leading 10–20 product experiments per quarter focused on activation, onboarding, engagement, and retention.
- • Develop hypotheses grounded in customer behavior and business metrics, defining clear success metrics before launching experiments and evaluating results using quantitative and qualitative data.
- • Partner with an embedded data analyst to uncover insights while independently exploring customer behavior, business metrics, and product analytics to identify new opportunities and validate ideas.
- • Translate data, customer feedback, and experiment learnings into actionable product decisions and future roadmap recommendations.
- • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams to shape, build, launch, and evaluate product experiments.
- • Balance rapid experimentation with strategic initiatives that drive long-term product growth and improve key metrics over time.
- • Engage regularly with customers to understand their needs, uncover pain points, and identify new opportunities for product improvement.
- • Communicate experiment progress, key learnings, and data-driven recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences across the organization.
- • Drive product decisions through analytical thinking and curiosity, relying on evidence rather than opinion to prioritize initiatives.
- • Operate with high ownership and autonomy in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment where experimentation and continuous learning are core to decision-making.
- • Work remotely and asynchronously within a distributed team, aligning cross-functionally across time zones to deliver results.
- • Contribute to shaping the future of Hubstaff’s Growth strategy as part of a product-led company with a long-term vision to become essential to every remote company’s tech stack.
🎯 Requirements
- • Product Management experience within a SaaS environment.
- • Experience running multiple A/B tests or product experiments from hypothesis through analysis.
- • Exceptional analytical skills and a passion for using data to solve customer problems.
- • Experience defining success metrics, interpreting experiment results, and making product decisions based on evidence rather than opinion.
- • Ability to perform meaningful product analysis independently using customer behavior, business metrics, and product analytics.
- • Strong understanding of activation, onboarding, retention, engagement, or product-led growth concepts.
