- • As a Product Manager for Health Systems at Heidi Health, you will own product and revenue outcomes for a portfolio of health system accounts across the Americas, directly impacting how clinicians deliver care by building AI-powered tools that reduce documentation burden and improve patient experience.
- • You will spend time on-site with health system customers, observing clinical workflows, identifying pain points, and translating them into actionable product specifications and build-vs-configure decisions that accelerate deployment and increase reusability across accounts.
- • You will partner with Heidi’s commercial and engineering teams to prioritize work, drive sprint execution, advocate for shared product investments based on field learnings, and ensure adoption of Heidi’s AI Care Partner within clinical teams until it becomes a daily tool.
- • You will grow your expertise in healthcare AI, LLM integration, and product-led growth in regulated environments, while developing deep domain knowledge of clinical operations and health system dynamics, positioning you to shape the future of ambient clinical documentation at scale.
🎯 Requirements
- • BA/BS in a technical or analytical field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or related)
- • 4+ years in product roles, with emphasis on shipped outcomes over tenure
- • Fluency with core LLM concepts and systems (prompting, fine-tuning, embeddings, retrieval, evaluation) and ability to translate them into reliable, user-facing products
- • Experience building with AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Cursor, Claude Code) and demonstrating tangible outputs
- • Strong data fluency to interpret adoption dashboards and distinguish between training, product, and integration issues
