• • As a Product Manager I at AlphaSense, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our market intelligence platform, with a specific focus on the M&A Transactions content pipeline. This is a unique opportunity to drive the strategy, development, and integration of critical data sets that empower our sophisticated enterprise clients to make informed decisions.
• • You will assume functional ownership of the entire M&A Transactions content lifecycle. This includes defining initial business requirements, overseeing sourcing strategies, establishing robust methodologies, developing clear policies, and implementing rigorous data integrity processes to ensure the highest quality of information for our users.
• • A key aspect of your role will involve close collaboration with our engineering teams. You will conduct Proofs of Concept (POCs) to thoroughly understand and optimize costs, explore automation opportunities, and refine timelines for both the initial implementation of new content sets and the ongoing operational aspects of content management.
• • You will be instrumental in the successful launch of new content into the market. This involves contributing to the creation of compelling announcements, developing marketing collateral, authoring comprehensive documentation, and designing effective user and internal training programs to ensure smooth adoption and understanding.
• • You will serve as the primary escalation point for any data integrity or methodology-related issues that may arise, ensuring timely and effective resolution to maintain user trust and platform reliability.
• • Staying ahead of the curve is crucial. You will be responsible for tracking industry trends within the M&A space and delivering insightful competitive intelligence. This information will be vital in evolving our product vision and ensuring AlphaSense remains at the forefront of market intelligence.
• • This role requires a deep understanding of financial data and its application in investment research. You will leverage your expertise in company valuation techniques and financial reporting to guide the development and enhancement of our content offerings.
• • You will contribute to the conceptualization, research, and development of new content sets and functionalities, applying strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset to overcome challenges and deliver innovative solutions.

• • You will have a proven track record of successfully delivering content and related functionality from initial requirements gathering through to release, utilizing iterative and agile development methodologies to ensure efficiency and adaptability.

• • You will work with a diverse range of content, including but not limited to, M&A deals, funding rounds, and other financial transaction data, ensuring its accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery to our clients.

• • You will be a key player in the Content organization, working alongside talented professionals dedicated to identifying, creating, licensing, and integrating best-in-class unstructured and structured data from both internal and third-party sources.
