• • As a Product Manager I - Institutional Staking at Coinbase Global, Inc., you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of institutional participation in the digital asset economy. This role is critical to our mission of increasing economic freedom globally by building the emerging onchain platform. You will own the product strategy and roadmap for key staking features, protocol support, and reporting solutions specifically designed for our institutional clients, including asset managers, financial institutions, and crypto-native entities.
• • Your primary responsibility will be to translate complex market needs and client feedback into actionable product plans. This involves deep collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, legal, compliance, and marketing, to deliver compliant, scalable, and high-performance staking solutions across multiple blockchain protocols. You will ensure these solutions meet the highest standards of security, ease of use, and operational excellence demanded by institutional players.
• • A significant part of your role will involve direct engagement with institutional clients. You will actively solicit their feedback, validate product direction, and serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring that Coinbase Institutional remains the leading provider of digital asset services. This client-facing aspect is crucial for understanding real-world pain points and developing elegant product solutions that address them.
• • You will be responsible for defining and managing key product metrics to guide prioritization decisions and measure the success of your initiatives. This data-driven approach will ensure that product development is aligned with business objectives and client value. Generating excitement around a shared product vision and aligning diverse teams to successfully realize that vision will be essential for driving execution.
• • Clear and effective communication is paramount. You will articulate product plans and progress internally to key partners and executive leadership, ensuring alignment and buy-in. Externally, you will communicate product functionality and value propositions to clients, fostering strong relationships and driving adoption.
• • The Coinbase Institutional team is dedicated to making the future of crypto real. Without our work, crypto remains theoretical; we transform whitepapers into tangible, secure, and scalable platforms. We are building the infrastructure for what's next in finance, enabling thousands of the world's largest financial institutions to trade, custody, and participate in the global cryptoeconomy. This includes launching industry 'firsts' and scaling secure infrastructure for hundreds of digital assets, providing trusted gateways for staking, governance, and Web3 participation.
