đź“‹ Description

  • • As a Product Manager I on the Rebates team at Super.com, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our membership experience, focusing specifically on how we acquire, engage, and retain our valued Super members through our innovative rebates program. This is an exceptional opportunity for an emerging product leader to co-pilot a Mission Aligned Team (MAT), working closely with a Senior Product Manager to drive impactful initiatives and gain hands-on experience in a high-growth tech environment.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to support the MAT lead in executing the product roadmap. This involves actively participating in and often leading the creation of Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and experiments. You will collaborate closely with designers, data analysts, and engineers to define clear objectives, scope, and success metrics for new features and initiatives, ensuring that execution and forward momentum are consistently prioritized.
  • • You will be instrumental in managing the product backlog, assisting the MAT lead in organizing and prioritizing tasks. As a project owner for specific initiatives, you will ensure that PRDs and experiment projects progress smoothly through the development pipeline. This requires proactive communication and coordination with designers, engineers, and other cross-functional stakeholders to unblock progress and maintain alignment.
  • • A key aspect of this role involves leading and facilitating crucial team ceremonies. You will take ownership of sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other agile rituals, ensuring efficient team operations and clear communication of priorities and progress. You will also work in tandem with the MAT lead and Group Product Manager (GPM) to track Objective and Key Results (OKRs) and compile results, providing clear visibility into team performance.
  • • Deep customer understanding is at the core of this role. You will be actively involved in various research activities, including conducting customer interviews, analyzing User Experience Research (UXR) data, performing competitive analysis, and dogfooding the product. This hands-on research will provide critical insights to inform product strategy and decision-making.
  • • You will be responsible for synthesizing findings from experiments and research into actionable insights. These learnings will be shared proactively with the product team, your MAT teammates, and the broader vertical. Your role will also involve identifying areas where knowledge gaps exist and proactively designing and executing smoke tests, experiments, and research to uncover the truth and guide future product development.
  • • Collaboration and ideation are central to driving innovation. You will work closely with the MAT lead and designers to brainstorm and develop new product ideas, features, and experience enhancements that deliver increased value to both our users and the business. This includes exploring new opportunities and iterating on existing offerings to maximize member acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • • This role is designed for individuals who are eager to execute, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and possess the ability to manage multiple challenges simultaneously. You will be a key contributor to a fast-paced, dynamic environment where rapid iteration and data-driven decision-making are paramount.
  • • The Rebates team operates as a mission-aligned, cross-functional squad. You will be part of a collaborative unit of product managers, designers, engineers, and analysts who are dedicated to moving quickly from insight to experiment to impact. We are united by a shared obsession with customer outcomes, leveraging data, research, and structured experimentation to continuously improve conversion rates, member retention, customer satisfaction (CSAT), and lifetime value (LTV).
  • • If you thrive in an environment that encourages curiosity, embraces debate, and consistently ships meaningful improvements every sprint, you will find a welcoming and stimulating home on our team. You will have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on Super.com's growth and success by directly influencing the member experience and driving key business metrics.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2+ years of experience in B2C product management or a closely related role.
  • • Proven experience working directly with engineering and design teams to ship products to market.
  • • Experience building and iterating on MVP features, and working with products in 0 to 1 and 1 to 10 growth stages.
  • • Demonstrated project management and agile experience (in any industry).
  • • Excellent communication skills (written, oral, and presentational) with the ability to engage immediate teams, engineers, designers, and executives.
  • • Strong data-driven analytical thinking, with the ability to back statements up with facts and examples.
  • • Ability to thrive in ambiguity with a strong bias for action.
  • • Humble, flexible, and willing to jump in on exciting, front-line projects and less glamorous tasks.

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Remote-First Flexibility: Work from anywhere in the world and choose hours that suit you best.
  • • Unlimited PTO, company-wide recharge days, and annual team offsites.
  • • Weekly UberEats credits and travel discounts on SuperTravel.
  • • Generous parental leave and a flexible return-to-work plan.
  • • Competitive salary, equity options, annual bonus, retirement matching, and top-tier benefits packages.
  • • Access to wellness budgets, personal development funds, and team-level learning resources.
