• • You will report directly to the leadership of the Identity and Access Management product zone, gaining significant exposure and collaborating closely with a wide spectrum of R&D stakeholders. Your work will directly impact the security posture and operational efficiency of our platform, which is dedicated to simplifying healthcare complexity and delivering accessible, high-quality, and sustainable healthcare for all.
• • The IAM team is responsible for a centralized authorization framework that governs all access decisions across the entire athenaOne healthcare IT ecosystem. This framework is the gatekeeper, ensuring that only authorized providers, patients, applications, and agents can access specific workflows, actions, and sensitive data. Your leadership will be crucial in evolving this framework to meet the ever-changing demands of the healthcare industry, with a particular focus on fine-grained access controls and advanced agentic security.
• • A key aspect of this role involves innovating in both AI-driven product development and defense against AI-enabled threats. You will explore and implement cutting-edge AI solutions to improve our IAM capabilities, while also staying ahead of potential AI-driven security risks. • • Your core responsibilities will include leading the end-to-end product lifecycle for access control features.
