  • • We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to play a pivotal role in our top-of-funnel sales efforts. This position is ideal for an individual with a strong background in field sales or a proven track record as a BDR, eager to qualify prospects and transform them into qualified leads for our Account Executives (AEs) to close. You will be instrumental in generating initial interest and booking crucial product demonstrations.
  • • This role offers an exceptional opportunity for rapid professional growth. We are looking for someone who can quickly master our product, understand our market, and master our sales motion, with a clear career path to becoming an Account Executive within 12 months.
  • • As a BDR at Siro, your primary responsibility will be to drive our top-of-funnel activities. This involves meticulously qualifying incoming prospects and nurturing them into high-quality leads that our AEs can confidently pursue and close.
  • • You will be an active participant in industry events and trade shows, leveraging these opportunities to generate valuable leads and build our sales pipeline. This aspect of the role will require domestic travel to connect with potential clients and represent Siro.
  • • A significant part of your engagement will involve direct, face-to-face interactions with prospects. You will expertly showcase the unique value proposition of Siro's products and services, effectively communicating how we solve critical pain points for field sales teams and booking valuable demonstrations for our Account Executives.
  • • You will diligently follow up on leads generated from various sources, including events, marketing campaigns, and inbound inquiries. Your role will be to qualify these leads, nurture them through the initial stages of the sales funnel, and ensure they are well-prepared for the next steps in the sales process.
  • • Collaboration is key to our success. You will work closely with both the sales and marketing teams to brainstorm, develop, and execute innovative strategies aimed at maximizing top-of-funnel activity and driving consistent lead generation.
  • • Maintaining meticulous records is essential. You will be responsible for ensuring that all activities, interactions, and follow-ups are accurately and promptly recorded in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, providing a clear audit trail and valuable data for analysis.
  • • Continuous learning is paramount. You will be expected to stay abreast of our industry, emerging market trends, and competitor activities. This knowledge will empower you to effectively articulate Siro's unique value proposition and position us as the leader in intelligent sales solutions.
  • • This is a full-time role based in New York City, offering a blend of remote work flexibility and in-person engagement, particularly for events and team collaboration.
