You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the learning management system (WordPress & Learndash), where you will upload essential content such as recordings, schedules, and posts, ensuring members have timely access to valuable resources. Your role will extend to crafting and sending communications to members and mailing lists via email and Mailchimp, keeping them informed and engaged. A key aspect of this community leadership is facilitating onboarding and member meetings, utilizing structured scripts to guide discussions while actively building rapport and fostering a sense of belonging.
- • You will also play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date member records, meticulously tracking payments, access levels, and renewal dates to ensure a seamless member experience and support retention efforts. This requires a keen eye for detail and a systematic approach to data management.

You will be tasked with planning and executing a variety of training programs, workshops, and industry events from inception to completion. You will act as the primary point of contact for vendors, clients, and event participants, ensuring clear communication and efficient coordination.
