In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of how businesses establish Know Your Actor (KYA) control over individuals and agents, revolutionizing risk assessment and decision-making throughout digital journeys. We are at the forefront of the adversarial AI era, moving beyond static verification to implement continuous identity control. Our unique platform is the only solution that seamlessly integrates Identity Documents (IDs), biometrics, and payment cards, providing a real-time command center for calibrating signals, policies, and decisioning with unparalleled granular precision.
• As a Product Manager, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our Identity Verification products. This involves deeply understanding market needs, competitive landscapes, and emerging threats to define product requirements that address complex challenges in fraud prevention and identity assurance. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to deliver innovative solutions that empower our clients to adapt faster than fraud, optimize their outcomes over time, and enforce trust at scale across critical touchpoints like onboarding, authentication, and beyond.
• Your responsibilities will include conducting in-depth market research, analyzing customer feedback, and identifying new opportunities for product innovation. You will translate these insights into clear, actionable product specifications and user stories, ensuring that our development teams have the guidance needed to build best-in-class products. A key aspect of this role is understanding the nuances of global identity verification, including varying regulatory requirements, document types, and fraud typologies across different regions and industries.
• You will play a crucial role in defining the product vision and strategy for our Identity Verification suite, ensuring alignment with Microblink's overall business objectives. This includes prioritizing features, managing the product backlog, and making data-driven decisions to maximize product value and market impact. You will be responsible for the go-to-market strategy, working closely with marketing and sales to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
• A significant part of your role will involve working with our advanced AI and machine learning capabilities. You will leverage Microblink's proprietary Fraud Lab, which generates over 100,000 images monthly for training and testing models, achieving remarkable results like 100% deepfake detection in DHS-powered testing. Understanding how to translate these technical capabilities into tangible product benefits for our customers will be essential.
• You will act as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for their needs and ensuring that our product development efforts are customer-centric. This includes gathering feedback through various channels, conducting user interviews, and analyzing product usage data to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
• Furthermore, you will be responsible for defining and tracking key product metrics, such as adoption rates, customer satisfaction, and revenue impact, to measure the success of your products and inform future roadmap decisions. You will also monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive activities to maintain Microblink's leadership position in the Identity Intelligence space.
• This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for building impactful products in a rapidly evolving technological landscape. You will have the opportunity to work on a global scale, as Microblink processed 2.9 billion identities across 195 countries and territories in 2025, demonstrating the immense reach and impact of our solutions. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing security, reducing fraud, and building trust in digital interactions worldwide.
• You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, UX/UI design, marketing, sales, and legal, to ensure the successful development, launch, and ongoing iteration of our Identity Verification products. This includes defining technical requirements, reviewing designs, and providing product expertise throughout the development lifecycle.
• Ultimately, your success in this role will be measured by your ability to deliver innovative, high-quality Identity Verification solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers, drive business growth for Microblink, and solidify our position as the leading Identity Intelligence OS.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience (typically 3-5+ years) in Product Management, with a strong focus on software products, preferably in the identity verification, fraud prevention, cybersecurity, or fintech space.
• Demonstrated ability to define product strategy, develop roadmaps, and translate complex business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.
• Experience working with AI/ML-powered products and understanding of their capabilities and limitations, particularly in the context of identity verification and fraud detection.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data, customer feedback, and technical information to make informed product decisions.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and executive teams.
