📋 Description

• • As a Product Manager II at Panopto Inc., you will lead the creation, definition, and development of innovative business and feature concepts, driving product strategy from discovery to delivery in a remote US-based role. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of product initiatives, ensuring alignment with customer outcomes and business goals while operating with high independence in an Agile environment.
• • Day to day, you will analyze market demands, customer feedback, pipeline metrics, and user behavior to propose new features, develop ROI models, and prioritize the product roadmap. You will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer success, engineering, and marketing to uncover root needs behind requests, de-escalate issues, and facilitate successful resolutions through consultative stakeholder engagement.

• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in product discovery frameworks like JTBD and RICE, strengthen your ability to analyze enterprise SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, NRR), and master stakeholder alignment across engineering, sales, and customer success. You will have the opportunity to launch at least one major feature within your first year that demonstrably impacts user engagement or retention, establishing a data-driven, customer-obsessed product culture.
