Following a successful market launch and rapid adoption by numerous Division I programs, GM is poised for significant growth, and you will be at the forefront of this exciting next chapter.
- • This is a high-impact, end-to-end role that demands a blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution. You will be responsible for defining the product's strategic direction, translating intricate customer needs into tangible, shipped capabilities, and ultimately driving increased adoption, revenue growth, and enhanced platform value for our users.
- • Your primary objective will be to identify and capitalize on new opportunities within a dynamic and evolving market. Success in this role means consistently delivering meaningful product outcomes that resonate with our customer base and establishing yourself as the go-to product leader for Teamworks GM across the entire organization.
- • You will own the complete product lifecycle for GM, from the initial stages of strategy formulation and roadmap definition, through meticulous development and delivery, to ensuring successful user adoption and continuous iteration based on feedback and market trends.
- • A key aspect of your role will be to define and continuously evolve a clear, compelling product vision that not only builds upon GM's strong existing foundation but also unlocks significant new growth avenues and expands its market leadership.

You will act as the central point of communication, ensuring that valuable field feedback is effectively translated into actionable product priorities and that new features are rolled out successfully to our clients.

- • A significant part of your contribution will involve identifying and executing opportunities to strengthen the integration of GM with the broader Teamworks platform. This will ensure a seamless and cohesive experience for users across all Teamworks solutions, maximizing the overall value proposition.
- • You will be expected to deeply understand the nuances of financial operations within the sports industry, including budgeting, contract negotiations, payment processing, and compensation structures. This understanding will inform your product decisions and strategic roadmap.
- • The ability to conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and user research will be essential to identify unmet needs and emerging trends that can be addressed through product innovation.
- • You will be responsible for defining key product metrics, tracking performance against goals, and using data to inform future product development and strategic adjustments.
- • This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, a passion for creating exceptional user experiences, and a commitment to driving business results through innovative product solutions.
- • You will contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, actively seeking feedback and iterating on the product to ensure it remains the best-in-class financial operations solution for sports teams.
- • Ultimately, you will be the champion for Teamworks GM, advocating for its users, driving its strategic roadmap, and ensuring its continued success and growth in the competitive sports technology landscape.
