  • • As the Senior Vice President (SVP), Partners, Alliances & Ecosystems at Optiv Security Inc., you will be a pivotal member of the executive leadership team, tasked with shaping and executing Optiv's strategic vision for growth and expansion through robust partner ecosystems.
  • • This senior leadership role carries broad oversight and responsibility for the planning, development, and execution of go-to-market (GTM) solutions and sales motions in close collaboration with Optiv’s extensive network of technology and alliance partners.
  • • Your primary objective will be to identify and capitalize on strategic opportunities that align with Optiv's overarching business objectives, while simultaneously pinpointing and rectifying inefficiencies that hinder performance.
  • • You will be instrumental in driving new processes and methodologies designed to foster top-tier execution across the partner landscape.
  • • Reporting directly to Optiv’s Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you will collaborate closely with other executive leaders to architect and implement global growth and expansion plans, ensuring seamless integration of partner strategies with the company's revenue objectives.
  • • A core responsibility will be to lead the strategy and execution related to Optiv’s intersection with a best-of-breed portfolio of technology partners, enabling the delivery of comprehensive solutions to Optiv clients.
  • • You will be responsible for developing and nurturing GTM alliances that significantly contribute to Optiv’s multi-billion-dollar business licensing revenue and gross profit.
  • • This will be achieved through various avenues, including resale agreements, co-innovation initiatives, services integration, and the development of managed services platforms.
  • • You will lead and mentor a dedicated team of partner alliance directors, guiding them to drive impactful actions and strategic initiatives that consistently exceed revenue targets.
  • • Effective collaboration with Optiv leadership across all departments will be crucial for designing, executing, and aligning global revenue plans, ensuring a unified approach to market engagement.
  • • You must demonstrate a strong ability to influence and implement programs effectively across the entire global organization, fostering buy-in and driving adoption of partner-centric strategies.
  • • A key aspect of this role involves the adept utilization of data to recognize emerging trends, anticipate potential challenges within the partner ecosystem, and inform strategic decision-making.
  • • You will provide critical insights and strategic requirements to regional sales leaders, offering guidance on priorities, plans, and execution strategies to maximize partner-driven sales.
  • • Furthermore, you will offer strategic direction, in-depth analysis, dedicated support, and clear roadmaps to regional geography alliance leadership teams, empowering them to achieve their objectives.
  • • A significant part of your mandate will be to drive transformative changes both within Optiv and across our partner organizations, ensuring that our collective efforts are aligned with and effectively support the evolving needs of our target market.
  • • This role demands a forward-thinking leader capable of navigating complex partner relationships and driving substantial revenue growth through strategic alliances within the cybersecurity industry.
