• • As a Product Manager II for DeFi Lend at Coinbase, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of decentralized finance, driving the strategy and execution for a groundbreaking product that aims to bring the utility of crypto to everyday people.
• • You will own the entire product lifecycle for DeFi Lend, from initial vision and strategic planning through to meticulous execution, successful launch, and continuous iteration across both mobile and web platforms. Your mandate will be to grow and scale this novel, first-of-its-kind offering.
• • A core aspect of your role will involve close collaboration with Engineering and Design teams to conceptualize and deliver non-custodial financial flows. This includes leveraging Coinbase Smart Contract Wallets and the Base network to create seamless deposit, withdrawal, rewards accrual, and claim experiences that effectively abstract away the inherent complexity of DeFi protocols for the end-user.
• • You will be responsible for designing intuitive product experiences that clearly articulate the risks and rewards associated with DeFi. This means translating complex concepts like smart contract risks, bad-debt scenarios, and liquidity fluctuations, alongside variable APYs, into easily understandable information, empowering everyday customers to make well-informed financial decisions.
