  • • You will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans that encompass both sustaining products and new product introductions (NPIs). This involves a deep dive into market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform your strategic decisions.
  • • A core responsibility will be to define and articulate the targeting, positioning, and key messaging for your product portfolio. You will translate complex clinical and technical information into compelling value propositions that resonate with healthcare professionals and drive adoption.
  • • Leading commercial launch strategies from conception to execution will be a key facet of this role. This includes developing detailed launch plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring a seamless and impactful market introduction of new products.
  • • You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective pricing strategies that align with market value, competitive positioning, and business objectives, ensuring profitability and market competitiveness.
  • • Collaboration with the marketing communications team is essential to develop integrated, omni-channel campaigns that effectively reach and engage target audiences across various platforms. You will leverage your understanding of marketing communication channels to maximize campaign impact.

  • • Engaging directly with top-performing sales representatives will be a regular activity, allowing you to gather real-time feedback, identify emerging opportunities, and address challenges faced in the field.
  • • Partnering with distributors will be necessary to identify key targets, understand regional market nuances, and provide support for their selling activities, extending the reach and effectiveness of the sales organization.
  • • You will collaborate with the Medical Education team to design and execute impactful events, including surgeon training programs and educational symposia. Leading surgeon training sessions and presenting product features, benefits, and surgical techniques will be a key component of this engagement.
  • • Proactively engaging with customers, including surgeons and other healthcare professionals, is vital to gain a profound understanding of unmet needs, evolving clinical practices, and potential growth avenues.
  • • Maintaining a vigilant awareness of the competitive landscape, market trends, and emerging technologies within the Foot & Ankle segment is crucial for strategic planning and product differentiation.
  • • Analyzing sales data, market performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) will be essential to assess product success, identify areas for improvement, and uncover opportunities for accelerated growth.
  • • You will work closely with demand planning and supply chain teams to develop accurate sales forecasts and support inventory optimization efforts, ensuring product availability and efficient resource allocation.
  • • Contributing to upstream marketing activities by providing market insights and customer feedback to inform future product development initiatives will be an important aspect of portfolio management.
  • • You will also support product rationalization and obsolescence strategies, ensuring the portfolio remains focused, competitive, and aligned with market demands.
