Product Manager II, Payments

📋 Description

• • Lead a cross-functional Scrum team to design, develop, and deliver key features and enhancements for digital Treasury Management products and commercial payments solutions.
• • Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is well-organized, prioritized, and aligned with the product roadmap and business objectives.
• • Work directly with customers and subject matter experts to capture, document, and translate business and technical requirements for engineering teams.
• • Define clear user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring precise communication of requirements to developers, designers, and QA engineers.
• • Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and continuous improvement.
• • Monitor sprint progress, maintain velocity metrics, and adjust priorities to meet sprint goals and deliverables on time.
• • Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the Scrum team to facilitate collaboration and resolve blockers.
• • Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer support, and other departments to develop and execute successful go-to-market strategies and drive user adoption.
• • Act as the voice of the customer by leveraging feedback, usage analytics, and market insights to prioritize features that maximize customer value.
• • Present product updates, roadmaps, and performance metrics to senior leadership and key stakeholders with clarity and impact.
• • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of product initiatives and inform future planning.
• • Proactively identify and mitigate risks that could impact project timelines, scope, or quality of deliverables.
• • Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and evolving customer needs in the digital banking and fintech space.
• • Ensure all product increments meet quality standards and business objectives before release.
• • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate release status, delays, or changes effectively across teams.
• • Apply Agile best practices to foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and iterative improvement within the team.
• • Utilize product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and ProductBoard to track requirements, documentation, and progress.
• • Work with collaboration tools including Slack and GSuite to maintain seamless communication across distributed teams.
• • Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution to solve complex problems and drive product outcomes.
• • Demonstrate a customer-focused mindset, consistently delivering solutions that exceed client expectations.
