- • Own the roadmap for Xsolla’s flagship In-Game Store, the #1 e-commerce platform powering direct-to-player sales for top-100 game studios worldwide. You will translate partner wish-lists into high-impact features that unlock tens of millions of dollars in incremental revenue.
- • Act as the primary point of contact for CIS-region publishers and developers, running discovery workshops, gathering requirements, and turning fuzzy ideas into crisp user stories, sequence diagrams, and acceptance criteria that engineering can ship with confidence.
- • Drive end-to-end delivery of new storefront capabilities—virtual currency bundles, limited-time offers, regional pricing, subscription tiers, and third-party payment integrations—by orchestrating engineering, QA, design, data, legal, and marketing teams across multiple time zones.
- • Monitor live operations 24/7, triage incidents, and optimize performance; you will own KPIs such as conversion rate, average order value, refund rate, and API latency, turning dashboards into actionable insights that feed the next sprint.
- • Prioritize ruthlessly: balance partner-specific customizations against scalable core features, always anchoring decisions in financial modeling, ROI forecasts, and strategic alignment with Xsolla’s long-term vision for Web3, NFTs, and social commerce.
- • Create and maintain technical documentation—API reference updates, webhook schemas, feature toggles, rollout playbooks—ensuring that internal teams and external integrators have the clarity they need to move fast without breaking things.
- • Champion a culture of experimentation: design A/B tests, run beta cohorts with friendly studios, and iterate rapidly based on telemetry, player feedback, and revenue uplift data.
- • Collaborate with Product Marketing to craft go-to-market narratives, release notes, and case studies that showcase how new catalog features helped a partner double their in-app revenue in 30 days.
- • Mentor junior PMs and analysts, sharing best practices in story mapping, SQL exploration, and stakeholder communication to level-up the entire CIS product pod.
- • Stay ahead of industry trends—battle passes, creator codes, influencer storefronts, and emerging payment rails—so that Xsolla’s catalog remains the default choice for any studio that wants to sell digital goods globally while staying compliant with evolving regulations.
