📋 Description

• As a Product Manager for Integrations at Cohere, you will own the end-to-end strategy and execution of the North platform’s integration ecosystem, ensuring AI agents can securely and effectively connect with enterprise systems like CRM, ITSM, and data warehouses.
• You will define the integration roadmap, prioritize connector development based on customer demand and revenue impact, and partner with strategic customers to design transformative, AI-driven workflows that unlock productivity at scale.
• You will collaborate with engineering, design, and field teams to evolve custom integrations into reusable platform capabilities — including connector frameworks, authentication systems, data sync, and tool-use architectures — while shaping the developer and partner experience through APIs, SDKs, documentation, and analytics.
• You will drive adoption and retention by measuring usage, time-to-stand-up, and customer impact, ensuring North becomes the most valuable and extensible AI agent platform in the enterprise.

• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in platform product management, enterprise integrations, and AI-first product strategy, while working alongside researchers, engineers, and designers who are passionate about pushing the boundaries of what AI can do in real-world business contexts.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience on platform, API, integrations, or developer/ecosystem products
• Proven track record shipping integration, connector, or platform products with measurable impact on adoption, expansion, or retention
• Experience working directly with high-stakes customers and ecosystem partners in enterprise environments
• Technical fluency with APIs, authentication, data models, and integration architecture, including understanding trade-offs between first-party, partner, and self-serve models
• Strong analytical, metrics-first mindset and proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and field/deployment teams
