- • Lead strategic product direction for WEX FSM’s integrations portfolio, including go-to-market strategy, roadmap planning, product-market fit analysis, and competitive positioning.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with UX designers, engineers, DevOps, and QA teams to define, prioritize, and deliver product features and enhancements using Agile methodologies.
- • Manage large-scale transformational projects, guiding teams through complex software development lifecycles and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
- • Create comprehensive internal training and support documentation to enable customer support teams to effectively assist users of WEX FSM products.
- • Engage directly with customers to uncover root problems, translate feedback into actionable product improvements, and serve as the primary advocate for customer needs within the organization.
- • Present product strategies, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership to align initiatives with organizational goals and secure executive buy-in.
- • Mentor junior Product Managers and Business Analysts, providing guidance on product development practices, prioritization, and stakeholder communication.
- • Interpret customer feedback and transform it into clear, prioritized product requirements that drive user-centric design and improved customer experience.
- • Ensure all product documentation accurately reflects software requirements and supports seamless customer support operations.
- • Maintain proficiency in Jira and Confluence to manage project workflows, track progress, and facilitate team collaboration.
- • Demonstrate strong technical fluency by engaging in credible discussions about API design, architecture, and integration patterns.
- • Drive the development and delivery of external, partner-facing integrations that expand WEX FSM’s ecosystem and enhance product value.
- • Balance multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail and product quality.
- • Troubleshoot and address software problem reports with a solution-oriented mindset, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal customer impact.
- • Operate with a deep customer-centric focus, consistently aligning product decisions with real-world user needs and business outcomes.
- • Work collaboratively across departments, demonstrating flexibility and effectiveness in cross-functional team settings.
- • Communicate complex technical and business concepts clearly through strong written and oral communication skills.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of Product Management Experience
- • Strong technical fluency; able to have credible conversations about API design and architecture
- • Demonstrated success building external, partner-facing integrations
- • Experience with Jira and Confluence
- • Proven track record in creating detailed product and support documentation
- • Customer-centric mindset with ability to translate feedback into actionable product improvements
