- • As a Product Manager specializing in Loyalty products and services at Velera, you will be at the forefront of shaping and enhancing our innovative financial technology solutions. You will own the tactical product management lifecycle, ensuring our loyalty offerings not only meet but exceed the evolving needs of financial institutions and their members.
- • Your role will be pivotal in acting as a subject matter expert and a key liaison, bridging communication and understanding between internal teams and external clients. You will be instrumental in driving product efficiencies, meticulously monitoring product compliance with industry mandates, and analyzing product penetration to identify growth opportunities.
- • A significant aspect of your responsibility will involve defining and refining the market release process for new and updated loyalty features, ensuring a seamless and impactful launch.
- • You will collaborate closely with a diverse range of departments, including Training, Operations, Information Technology, Administration, and Finance, to translate user needs into concrete product definitions, objectives, and strategic goals.
- • Your expertise will be crucial in identifying potential risks throughout the feasibility and development phases, proactively communicating these to senior management for informed decision-making.
- • You will be tasked with developing comprehensive market test scenarios and securing end-user approval, ensuring our products are market-ready and well-received.
- • A key deliverable will be the creation and maintenance of detailed product documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials across all relevant platforms, empowering users and internal teams.
- • You will be responsible for reporting and providing regular updates on product and solution performance to the strategic product manager, contributing to the overall product roadmap and strategy.
- • Leading research efforts to identify required modifications and assess the impact of changes on existing products and services will be a core function, with clear communication to all affected areas.
- • You will play a vital role in coordinating and presenting seminars and training sessions for Velera personnel, prospective clients, trade associations, and current members, showcasing the value and functionality of our loyalty products.
- • Facilitating and leading meetings to support the product development process, meticulously tracking and communicating progress to stakeholders, will be essential for project success.
- • Active participation in various Velera-sponsored events and industry conferences will be expected, allowing you to represent the company and stay abreast of market trends.
- • You will serve as the primary point of contact for Operational Support departments concerning your assigned loyalty products, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and prompt issue resolution.
- • Maintaining a strong understanding of departmental operations will enable you to provide backup support for other products and services, fostering a flexible and collaborative team environment.
- • You will function as a key member, and potentially a leader, of cross-functional teams dedicated to the development and implementation of new and enhanced products and services, ensuring timely delivery within defined deadlines.
- • Overseeing and reviewing the impact of industry mandates and product changes will be critical, partnering with the marketing team to ensure effective internal and external communication through pertinent bulletins.
- • You will direct and oversee product commercialization duties related to maintenance, mandates, industry requirements, or vendor replacements, working in conjunction with internal teams and leveraging the commercialization process to ensure system readiness with both internal and external partners.
- • You will lead and respond to product-focused servicing ticket inquiries through the defined channels, ensuring customer satisfaction and product reliability.
