• 2+ years of experience in management consulting, technical product management, data analytics, or operations at a fast-paced startup.

• Proven ability to be data-driven, comfortable diving into data to answer questions and owning key metrics for continuous improvement.
• Systems thinking mindset with a passion for understanding and optimizing complex processes.

• Experience or strong interest in AI and its application in product development and customer experience.
