📋 Description

• As the sole Product Manager on the Quoting team at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will own the end-to-end customer experience for insurance shopping within the Jerry.ai app, directly impacting how millions of users receive accurate, low-cost quotes in seconds—making this role pivotal to the company’s mission of simplifying car ownership through AI-driven automation.
• You will drive carrier integrations by leading technical partnerships with external insurance providers, managing API specifications, testing protocols, and go-to-market timelines to expand the marketplace’s product offerings while ensuring seamless backend-to-frontend data flow.
• You will optimize marketplace performance by refining quoting engine logic, eligibility rules, and coverage matching algorithms to maximize the number of competitive quotes presented to users, directly influencing quote success rates and conversion metrics.
• You will own the end-to-end quoting funnel by analyzing user drop-off points using behavioral and transactional data, then collaborating with engineering and design teams to implement UX and technical improvements that reduce friction and increase quote completion.
• You will ensure data integrity by validating underwriting inputs, monitoring quote accuracy, and safeguarding against pricing errors that could impact customer trust or the company’s loss ratio, acting as the gatekeeper for quote reliability.
• You will scale with speed by owning and improving median quote latency, targeting a 5–15 second window to maintain the ‘instant’ user experience that differentiates Jerry.ai in a crowded market, working closely with backend and DevOps teams to optimize performance.
• You will operate within a high-impact, mission-driven team at Jerry.ai, a company recognized as the #1 rated and most downloaded insurance super app with over 5 million users and a 4.7-star rating, backed by $240M in funding and committed to using AI to transform car ownership.
• You will collaborate daily with cross-functional stakeholders including engineers, insurance specialists, data analysts, and external carrier partners, translating complex technical requirements into clear product roadmaps while advocating for user-centric outcomes.
• You will develop deep expertise in insurance underwriting mechanics, API integration patterns, real-time data systems, and marketplace economics—gaining rare, full-stack product experience at the intersection of fintech, insurtech, and consumer AI.
• You will have the opportunity to shape the future of a rapidly scaling product used by millions, with direct visibility into how your decisions affect key business metrics like quote success rate, conversion, customer satisfaction, and loss ratio—accelerating your growth as a strategic, data-savvy product leader.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in technical product management, management consulting, or data analytics, with proven ability to manage complex backend integrations and translate technical details into product decisions.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, comfortable working with KPIs such as Quote Success Rate, Conversion, and Loss Ratio, and capable of independently exploring data to uncover insights and drive optimization.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, able to bridge engineering, insurance domain experts, and external partners by translating technical constraints into actionable product roadmaps and clear stakeholder updates.
