- • As a Product Manager for Native Experience & Growth at Cohere, you will be at the forefront of shaping how users interact with North, our revolutionary agentic AI platform. This pivotal role demands a strategic vision to enhance user discovery, adoption, and sustained engagement across all user touchpoints, including iOS, Android, macOS, and web interfaces.
- • You will be instrumental in defining and executing the product roadmap for North's native applications on iOS, Android, and macOS. This involves a dual focus on leveraging platform-specific capabilities – such as intuitive widgets, quick shortcuts, timely push notifications, and robust offline modes – while ensuring a cohesive and consistent user experience across all devices. The goal is to deliver a native experience that is not only fast and polished but also purpose-built for the dynamic needs of knowledge workers, especially those on the go.
- • Beyond native applications, you will own the front-end platform's shared component layer. This critical infrastructure is the backbone for North's customizability and enterprise-readiness. Your responsibilities will include overseeing features like white-labeling and custom branding, configurable terms and conditions, sophisticated notification systems, and the foundational system components that will be leveraged across various devices and features, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
- • A significant part of your role will be dedicated to the end-to-end user lifecycle, from their very first login to becoming a power user. You will be responsible for designing, iterating, and optimizing first-time user experiences (FTUX) and contextual onboarding flows. The objective is to minimize the time-to-value for new users and drive activation, particularly within new enterprise deployments. Furthermore, you will develop and implement re-engagement strategies to foster long-term user retention and loyalty.
- • You will be the champion for analytics instrumentation, meticulously tracking funnel performance, feature adoption rates, and re-engagement metrics. Leveraging this data, you will design and execute structured experiments, including A/B tests, to continuously improve key performance indicators and drive product evolution based on empirical evidence.
- • Direct engagement with enterprise customers will be a core aspect of your role. You will actively solicit feedback, identify emerging use cases across different platforms and features, and validate product decisions through a combination of qualitative insights and quantitative data. This customer-centric approach ensures that North evolves in alignment with real-world business needs.
- • Close collaboration with design and engineering teams is essential. You will work hand-in-hand to maintain a coherent, accessible component system, ensuring that the user interface is not only aesthetically pleasing but also highly functional and accessible. A key focus will be on delivering pixel-perfect experiences that can seamlessly scale across diverse customer deployments and configurations.
- • This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the user-facing aspects of a cutting-edge enterprise AI platform, directly impacting how leading organizations leverage AI for productivity and innovation. You will be instrumental in making AI accessible and actionable for a broad range of users, driving the adoption and success of Cohere's North platform.
