- • Develop and maintain deep subject matter expertise in medical billing and clinical services reimbursement within the retail pharmacy setting
- • Lead end-to-end customer implementations, including support and training for retail pharmacy clients on clinical service deployment and reimbursement processes
- • Proactively engage with customers and field resources to ensure successful adoption of clinical services and billing solutions
- • Develop and manage customer credentialing and contracting services for clinical offerings in retail pharmacy environments
- • Oversee and deliver ongoing training programs for customers, Internal Support Functions (ISF), and the Managed Care Support Team through regular webinar sessions
- • Build and sustain expertise in medical billing reconciliation and revenue cycle management specific to retail pharmacy operations
- • Communicate product updates, value propositions, and strategic insights to key internal stakeholders across sales, operations, and marketing teams
- • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams, customers, and prospective clients to align service delivery with customer needs and business goals
- • Analyze complex reimbursement scenarios and develop strategic solutions to improve billing accuracy and revenue capture
- • Participate in strategic planning initiatives that drive customer loyalty, sales growth, and profitability for Patient Care Marketing Solutions
- • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to clinical service commercialization and billing compliance
- • Work on complex, large-scope projects requiring independent execution with general guidance
- • Deliver innovative, organizationally aligned solutions to difficult problems in medical billing and revenue cycle management
- • Serve as a mentor to less experienced team members in clinical services and billing operations
- • Travel up to 10% of the time to support customer engagements and internal initiatives
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- • 3+ years of experience in medical benefit billing or revenue cycle management (specialty billing preferred)
- • 3+ years of experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer billing codes and requirements
- • 3+ years of customer-facing experience
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills
- • Strong project management skills with ability to facilitate multidisciplinary teams
