📋 Description

• Own and manage the end-to-end roadmap for fiat payments, funding flows, and payment integrations on the Binance.US platform.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize feedback from customers, Customer Support, Risk, Compliance, and Finance teams to shape product priorities.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver secure, compliant, and scalable payment solutions.
• Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria based on stakeholder needs and technical feasibility.
• Develop and track KPIs and success metrics to measure product performance, reduce operational friction, and improve user experience.
• Ensure all payment products comply with U.S. regulatory requirements and internal security standards.
• Communicate product roadmap, progress, and outcomes to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proactively monitor emerging payments trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for product innovation and prioritization.
• Balance technical constraints, business objectives, and user feedback to drive decisions that align with Binance.US’s mission of financial inclusion.
• Work within a regulated crypto environment requiring strict adherence to compliance frameworks and risk mitigation practices.
• Support the growth of a remote-first, cameras-on culture with full ownership of product outcomes across distributed teams.
• Leverage crypto-native knowledge and experience in regulated industries to inform product strategy and execution.
• Translate complex regulatory and operational constraints into actionable product initiatives that enhance trust and usability.
• Partner with Finance and Risk teams to align payment product features with financial controls and audit readiness.
• Maintain awareness of industry best practices in payments technology and regulatory evolution to keep Binance.US competitive and compliant.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing payment products or financial infrastructure in a regulated industry
• Proven track record of owning end-to-end product roadmaps for fintech or crypto platforms
• Strong collaboration skills with engineering, design, compliance, and risk teams
• Deep understanding of U.S. financial regulations as they apply to digital asset payments
• Ability to define clear product requirements and track success metrics with data-driven decision-making
• Experience working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with cross-functional teams
