- • As a Product Manager, Payments Experience at Patreon, you will own the strategy and roadmap execution for core payments user experiences, ensuring creators and fans have seamless, trusted interactions when paying in and getting paid out.
- • You will lead end-to-end ownership of the fan purchase experience and creator withdrawal flow across web and mobile, including membership management, billing, pricing, and financial data systems that power Patreon’s creator economy.
- • You will collaborate with world-class designers, engineers, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-quality product solutions that scale with Patreon’s growth, while partnering with payments platform and internal tooling teams.
- • You will have the opportunity to shape the future of creator payouts, drive product vision from discovery through launch and iteration, and build trust through thoughtful deprecation and user-centered design.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of launching consumer products that solve real user problems
- • Experience working on user problems in the consumer payments space, including leading or collaborating on platform enhancements
- • Strong product sense: ability to define vision and strategy, and drive execution from discovery through launch and iteration
- • Experience delivering internal tools as part of end-to-end product experiences
- • Experience deprecating products while maintaining user trust
- • Strong communicator and collaborator, able to influence cross-functional partners without authority
