- • As a Product Manager on the Platforms team at Rubrik, you will lead the end-to-end workload sizing roadmap, managing both tactical and strategic tracks to ensure accurate, scalable sizing inputs across the enterprise.
- • Day to day, you will craft and articulate sizing strategy aligned with commercial goals, manage the tactical sizing backlog, engage with Sales Engineering to understand pain points, collaborate with engineering on prioritization, and drive cross-functional execution to resolution.
- • You will join a global Product Management team that owns the foundational layers of Rubrik’s cyber-resilience platform, partnering closely with Engineering and Sales Engineering to shape how the platform is sized and operated across diverse cloud-connected architectures.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise infrastructure sizing, AI-driven automation, and cross-functional leadership, with direct impact on every Rubrik deal and deployment, and the opportunity to shape the future of predictive capacity guidance.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of PM experience in B2B enterprise software, preferably within infrastructure or platform technologies.
- • Ability to analyze market data and trends to foresee opportunities for sizing automation and AI integration.
- • Experience with or demonstrated passion for applying AI to improve products, tools, and workflows.
- • Proficiency in using customer adoption and success metrics to refine the product roadmap.
- • Strong ability to translate complex technical architecture into clear, actionable plans for stakeholders.
- • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field; MBA preferred.
