• • As a Product Manager for Platform at Armada Group, Inc., you will be instrumental in shaping the future of AI-enabled platforms and ambitious systems that power intelligent infrastructure on a global scale. • • You will own and drive the strategy and execution for Armada's core platform capabilities, which are the foundational elements supporting our enterprise SaaS offerings and intelligent infrastructure ecosystem. This encompasses both cloud and edge environments, demanding a robust understanding of distributed systems and scalable architecture.
• • Your primary focus will be on foundational systems critical to our platform's success. This includes, but is not limited to, Assets Management, identity and access management (IAM), robust API strategies, comprehensive auditing services, sophisticated orchestration frameworks, and resilient multi-tenant platform services. Ensuring these systems are secure, scalable, compliant, and AI-ready will be paramount.
• • You will be responsible for defining and maintaining the platform roadmap, ensuring it aligns with the company's strategic objectives and market demands. This involves translating complex technical and business needs into clear, actionable product requirements, detailed PRDs, user stories, workflows, and precise acceptance criteria.
• • A key aspect of this role is ensuring enterprise-grade system capabilities, focusing on scalability and multi-tenancy across diverse environments. You will drive execution excellence by maintaining backlog health, ensuring sprint readiness, and achieving predictable delivery timelines in close collaboration with engineering teams.
• • You will actively participate in Scrum rituals, including backlog grooming and sprint planning, to enhance clarity, foster collaboration, and improve velocity stability. Your ability to break down large platform initiatives into structured, executable workstreams will be crucial for efficient development and delivery.
• • Documentation rigor is essential to minimize ambiguity and rework. You will ensure that all product documentation is comprehensive and up-to-date, serving as a single source of truth for development and operational teams.
• • You will meticulously track the adoption and performance of platform services, iterating based on data-driven insights and valuable stakeholder feedback. This continuous improvement loop is vital for evolving the platform to meet user needs and business goals.
