• • As a Product Manager for Platform Products at Keyrock NV, you will lead the Platform’s Back Office squad, serving as the architect of order by transforming operational chaos into streamlined, automated flows that ensure global trading operations are scalable, transparent, and bulletproof. You will sit at the critical intersection of Trade Ops, Finance, and Risk, acting as the primary translator between complex business requirements and high-performance engineering, while coordinating with squads focused on risk management, data layer, and MiCA compliance.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include auditing and visualizing end-to-end settlement and trade support flows to define a clear technical roadmap; building and driving adoption of centralized books and inventories to eliminate fragmented data; reducing manual work and shortening time to close for financial reporting through automation; aligning Risk, Finance, and Trade Ops requirements via a unified product discovery process; and ensuring products support MiCA and counterparty data requirements by design. You will also extract knowledge from busy operators to create clear system diagrams and technical specifications, apply Opportunity Solution Trees and User Story Maps to validate assumptions, and thrive on solving 'blank page' problems where processes are nascent or nonexistent.
