- • Define and drive the product roadmap for the Anywhere Cloud Console, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market opportunities.
- • Translate complex customer requirements and market trends into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
- • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure product features from concept through launch and post-launch optimization.
- • Lead the full product lifecycle for platform and storage components, including Apache Ozone object storage, across public cloud, private cloud, and air-gapped environments.
- • Champion product adoption and customer success through active engagement with key customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous enhancements.
- • Stay current with industry trends in UI/UX, data platforms, and enterprise software best practices to inform product strategy.
- • Advocate for user-centered design principles to make B2B enterprise software intuitive, efficient, and easy to use.
- • Influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels to align on product priorities and execution.
- • Ensure product compliance with industry regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and FedRAMP where applicable.
- • Apply Agile development methodologies to manage product delivery cycles and maintain responsiveness to changing market demands.
- • Leverage deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid cloud architectures to guide product direction.
- • Promote a customer-centric approach by embedding user feedback and usage data into product decisions.
- • Support strategic initiatives that enable Cloudera’s Anywhere Cloud to scale across diverse enterprise environments while maintaining security and performance standards.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- • 3+ years of experience in product management with a strong focus on security and data platforms
- • Proven track record of defining, launching, and managing enterprise-grade software products in a fast-paced environment
- • Deep understanding of UI/UX, workflows, and making B2B enterprise software easy to use
- • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid cloud environments
- • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
