📋 Description

• Lead product strategy and execution for AI-native healthcare revenue cycle solutions, driving measurable impact across clinical reasoning, medical coding, billing, and financial workflows
• Define and own product roadmaps that connect high-level vision to actionable, data-backed initiatives spanning engineering, compliance, and business operations
• Translate complex AI/ML model outputs—including NLP, clustering, and decision tree results—into clear product direction and user-facing features for healthcare revenue systems
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data science, clinical operations, and executive leadership to align priorities, remove roadblocks, and ensure timely delivery of high-impact features
• Conduct deep analysis of healthcare revenue cycle workflows, payer rules, regulatory frameworks (e.g., CPT, ICD-10, HIPAA), and billing compliance requirements to guide product design and risk mitigation
• Engage directly with 95+ top U.S. health systems to gather stakeholder insights, validate product assumptions, and ensure solutions address real-world operational pain points
• Leverage SQL and Python to extract, analyze, and visualize datasets from hundreds of millions of patient encounters, 180M+ claims, and 1.2B+ workflow actions to identify high-leverage improvement opportunities
• Design and oversee the development of analytics dashboards using modern BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Spotfire) to track product performance, model accuracy, and business KPIs
• Serve as the primary bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating AI capabilities into business outcomes and communicating complex concepts in accessible language
• Apply deep knowledge of Large Language Model (LLM) deployment in production environments to shape prompting strategies, evaluation frameworks, and feedback loops for AI-driven revenue workflows
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for AI systems that automate medical coding, claims adjudication, and follow-up actions at national scale, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and regulatory adherence
• Drive product discovery through research, experimentation, and iterative feedback cycles grounded in real-world data and clinician workflows
• Champion user-centric design by embedding patient care and provider experience into product decisions while balancing financial and operational constraints
• Maintain deep awareness of evolving healthcare payment models, reimbursement policies, and regulatory changes to ensure product compliance and relevance
• Initiate and lead strategic product initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce denials, accelerate revenue collection, and decrease administrative burden across large health systems
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster alignment, secure buy-in, and drive adoption of AI-powered revenue cycle tools
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI/ML techniques and industry benchmarks to inform product evolution and maintain technological edge in a rapidly advancing field

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with 2+ years specifically in healthcare and/or SaaS
• Strong technical fluency in SQL or Python
• Proven track record of defining product strategy and driving measurable business impact
• Deep experience working with data platforms, AI/ML-driven systems, or highly technical products
• Deep knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations, regulations, and workflows
• Deep understanding of machine learning modeling techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, NLP) and their real-world advantages/drawbacks
• Knowledge of real-world use and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Artificial Intelligence (AI)
• Experience creating analytics tools and visualizing data and model results utilizing a modern BI tool (Power BI, Spotfire, Tableau, etc.)
