📋 Description

• Define and communicate product strategy with clear, supportable objectives and a long-term vision aligned with company priorities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, business stakeholders, and user experience design to ensure product delivery and quality goals are met.
• Craft key performance indicators (KPIs), develop product roadmaps, and write detailed user stories and requirements for owned product areas.
• Provide input to and help develop operational plans, working with Senior Management to integrate product plans into broader organizational strategies and present project outcomes.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to gather feedback, identify pain points, and derive insights that enhance product offerings and customer value.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation, guidelines, and usage examples are created to enable seamless customer integration and adoption.
• Apply data-driven insights to validate product risks, inform decision-making, and communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Leverage experience in software/technology product management to lead end-to-end product launches, from concept to release.
• Maintain strong knowledge of standard software development methodologies and apply them to guide product development cycles.
• Demonstrate a focused commitment to building products and services that users love, with an emphasis on exceptional user experiences and lasting customer value.
• Work in a remote capacity while maintaining close collaboration with teams across the organization to drive product innovation and execution.
• Operate in a dynamic environment that requires navigating ambiguity and delivering clear direction under uncertainty.
• Contribute to a culture that values inclusivity, innovation, and employee empowerment as core tenets of organizational success.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of software/technology product management experience; equivalent experience in strategic marketing, business management, or related technology functions is acceptable
• Demonstrated focus on building products and services that users love
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills to bridge business and engineering teams
• Ability to use data to gain product insights, validate risks, and communicate findings meaningfully
• Excellent knowledge of standard software development methodologies
• Experience launching products or features end-to-end
