Full Job Description
📋 Description
- • Lead the end-to-end product strategy for Sales AI, reimagining the sales workflow by replacing siloed, manual tools with proactive AI agents that anticipate and guide Account Executives’ actions in real time.
- • Define and sequence a high-impact product roadmap that prioritizes automation of low-value tasks over feature bloat, focusing on increasing win rate and reducing time spent per deal across the entire sales funnel.
- • Collaborate directly with sales teams, AI platform engineers, and designers to translate complex insurance sales processes into intuitive AI-driven workflows that surface the right offer, content, and arguments at the optimal moment.
- • Actively engage in the product’s engine room: write and refine prompts, wire connectors, evaluate AI outputs, and validate system behavior to unblock development and ensure alignment with real-world sales dynamics.
- • Build and measure outcomes tied to sales efficiency: reduce time spent on administrative tasks while increasing offer relevance, pitch quality, and conversion rates through AI-powered prioritization and preparation.
- • Ensure consistency across AI experiences by coordinating with adjacent teams building AI agents in other domains, preventing fragmentation and maintaining a unified user experience for sales reps.
- • Translate deep domain knowledge of insurance guarantees, consumption terms, and sales objections into clear product requirements that empower reps to deliver large-account-grade experiences at scale.
- • Drive cross-functional alignment without direct authority by crafting compelling narratives that rally engineering, sales, and leadership around the vision of AI as a proactive sales co-pilot, not a passive tool.
- • Balance speed and quality in iterative delivery, shipping minimum viable improvements that validate assumptions and scale based on measurable impact on sales performance metrics.
- • Maintain fluency in both French and English to communicate effectively with internal teams, sales representatives, and external stakeholders across France and international markets.
- • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to evaluation, using data and direct observation to refine AI behavior, identify failure modes, and evolve the system toward true autonomy.
- • Partner with sales effectiveness teams to understand how reps currently use existing tools, uncover hidden friction points, and design AI interventions that fit naturally into their daily routines.
- • Champion a builder mindset by staying close to the product’s technical underpinnings, enabling rapid experimentation and reducing dependency on engineering for minor iterations.
- • Establish clear success metrics tied to sales outcomes—such as deal velocity, win rate, and offer customization time—and use them to guide prioritization and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- • Maintain coherence between AI-driven sales assistance and broader company goals of prevention-based health insurance, ensuring the product reinforces Alan’s mission of making health accessible and proactive.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 5 years in a product management role (or equivalent product ownership) in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment, ideally with AI or agentic products
- • Genuine excitement for AI and hands-on experience with LLM-based systems, including understanding their failure modes and the shift from pull-based to proactive, push-based experiences
- • Strong builder mindset with comfort working close to the product’s engine room (prompts, connectors, skills, evaluation)
- • Fluency in both French and English
- • Appetite for the sales and insurance business, with willingness to deeply learn how guarantees, consumption terms, and sales processes work
- • Strong product execution skills: setting measurable goals, prioritizing effectively, and shipping iteratively while balancing quality, speed, and impact
🏖️ Benefits
- • Fair rewards: generous equity packages complement base salary (for permanent contracts)
- • Flexible Office: option for HQ office space, sponsored co-working hubs, or full remote with home office equipment sponsorship
- • All the tools you need: top-of-the-range equipment including MacBook Pro, keyboard, laptop stand, monitor, and Bose noise-canceling headphones
- • Delightful healthcare insurance: 100% coverage for you and your children, 90–100% for partners depending on country
