Product Manager, Security, Trust & Governance

📋 Description

• • As a Product Manager for Security, Trust & Governance at Render, you will own the security product strategy and define the trust infrastructure that enables teams to adopt Render with confidence in production environments.
• • You will define and deliver Render’s governance layer, including authentication and authorization (SSO/SAML, SCIM, RBAC, session management), compliance readiness (SOC 2, HIPAA), audit logging, and policy enforcement, while driving exploration in emerging areas like supply chain security, runtime workload protection, and safe governance of agent-driven workflows.
• • You will partner closely with Render’s Security and Expansion teams, engineering, GTM, and leadership to shape the roadmap, translate customer insights into product priorities, and ensure security features are both strong and developer-friendly.
• • You will develop expertise in security as a product domain, learn to balance compliance with user experience, and have the opportunity to shape how security capabilities become a competitive advantage and revenue driver for a rapidly growing cloud platform trusted by over 4.5 million developers.
