You will define the long-term vision for the shopping experience and translate it into quarterly OKRs that move conversion, revenue, and customer satisfaction in lock-step.
- • Turn search into a conversion engine by tuning relevance algorithms, query understanding, and ranking logic so that the right offer appears in under 200 ms. You will partner with Data Science to build personalization layers that learn from every click, wish-list, and purchase, ensuring returning members see curated results that feel hand-picked.
- • Re-imagine the product page as a persuasive, trust-building story. You will craft the information architecture, imagery, and CTAs that turn inspiration into intent, balancing emotional storytelling (why this villa in Santorini is unforgettable) with rational reassurance (price, availability, cancellation policy) in a single, scroll-stopping layout.
- • Reduce cart and checkout friction to an absolute minimum. You will map every micro-moment—from selecting dates to entering payment details—and eliminate pain points that cause drop-off. Expect to champion one-click checkout, wallet integrations, and dynamic pricing displays that adapt to user context and device.
- • Deploy personalization at scale across the entire funnel. You will design preference-capture flows, progressive profiling, and journey pre-configuration so that each member feels the site was built just for them. Think saved filters, smart defaults, and predictive bundles that surface the perfect add-ons before the user even asks.
- • Make data your native language. You will instrument every screen with precise analytics, run weekly A/B and multivariate tests, and build cohort dashboards that tell a clear story of what moved the needle. Your roadmap will be grounded in statistically significant uplifts, not hunches.
- • Be the glue between Data, Tech, Design, Sales, and Finance. You will run discovery workshops, write crisp user stories, and negotiate scope trade-offs so that every squad ships on time and on value. When priorities clash, you bring evidence and customer empathy to the table.
- • Evangelize CRO and e-commerce best practices across the company. From board-level OKR reviews to lunch-and-learn sessions, you will raise the bar on experimentation culture and conversion thinking, becoming the go-to reference up to COMEX level.
- • Monitor industry benchmarks and competitive moves daily. You will translate Amazon’s checkout tricks or Airbnb’s search magic into experiments that fit Voyage Privé’s unique flash-sale model, always staying one step ahead.
- • Balance growth with brand integrity. You will ensure every optimization respects our premium positioning and the trust our 5 million members place in us, never resorting to dark patterns or short-term hacks that erode long-term loyalty.
