We are seeking a talented Product Manager to own the strategy, development, and execution of our Teams product, a critical component of our B2B offering.
• • In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for defining and driving the monetization strategy for our Teams product. This encompasses the entire lifecycle from initial planning and design to pricing, packaging, and the intricate details of workspace and seat models. You will meticulously craft upgrade and downgrade paths, ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience for our business customers.
• • A core part of your responsibility will involve designing and shipping robust admin-led purchase and lifecycle flows. This includes overseeing the end-to-end user journey for checkouts, renewals, cancellations, seat management, and refund processes. Crucially, you will ensure clear, concise, and helpful in-product messaging guides administrators through these critical operations.
• • You will architect and implement sophisticated entitlement and precedence rules. This is essential for enabling a clean coexistence of our Teams and consumer plans within a single application. Your work will define eligibility criteria, access control mechanisms, and the logic for context switching, ensuring users have the right access and experience regardless of their plan.
• • Collaboration is key to success at Plaud. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering (specifically Payments/Platform teams), Growth, and Operations. This close alignment will be vital for making informed decisions on architecture, navigating technical trade-offs, and ensuring efficient and effective execution of the product roadmap.
• • You will be instrumental in setting clear success metrics for the Teams product. Utilizing data-driven insights, you will drive closed-loop optimization through rigorous instrumentation, in-depth funnel diagnostics, A/B testing, and continuous post-launch iteration. Your analytical approach will ensure we are constantly learning and improving.
