- • Own the product strategy and execution for AI-driven capabilities at the heart of Cognigy’s agentic AI platform, spanning both internal infrastructure and customer-facing features.
- • Define and lead the roadmap for critical AI components such as the LLM Gateway, embeddings systems, and model support layers used across all Cognigy products.
- • Design and deliver customer-facing AI experiences including chat interfaces, copilots, and in-product assistants that integrate agentic AI for enterprise customers.
- • Stay ahead of rapid developments in the AI and LLM ecosystem, tracking new model releases, architectural innovations, and platform trends to assess fit for Cognigy’s use cases.
- • Partner with engineering teams to navigate complex architectural trade-offs in performance, cost, scalability, and reliability at enterprise scale.
- • Prototype new AI ideas using modern tooling to accelerate discovery, validate concepts, and align cross-functional teams on technical feasibility and product direction.
- • Balance the need for stable, foundational AI infrastructure with the agility required to adapt to an evolving AI landscape and emerging market demands.
- • Define success metrics and drive product outcomes aligned with both technical quality and business impact across international, distributed teams.
- • Translate enterprise product requirements—including security, scalability, and adoption considerations—into actionable product specifications and engineering priorities.
- • Collaborate with design, customer-facing teams, and go-to-market partners to ensure product vision aligns with customer needs and commercial objectives.
- • Bring hands-on technical fluency to product decisions, engaging confidently in architecture discussions around inference routing, retrieval-augmented generation, evaluation frameworks, and agentic system design.
- • Demonstrate ownership by initiating and driving complex initiatives from concept to delivery without waiting for direction, maintaining focus on customer value throughout.
- • Leverage practical experience with AI-enabled products, particularly in conversational AI platforms or AI infrastructure, to inform strategic decisions and prioritize development efforts.
- • Communicate technical product trade-offs clearly to non-technical stakeholders while maintaining alignment with engineering rigor and product vision.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager with deep fluency in AI, LLMs, or agentic AI systems
- • Hands-on ability to prototype with modern AI tooling and evaluate technical approaches in inference, embeddings, routing, or evaluation
- • Experience shipping customer-facing AI features such as chat interfaces, copilots, or in-product AI assistants
- • Track record of leading cross-functional product initiatives with international, distributed engineering and design teams
- • Understanding of enterprise product requirements including scalability, security, and adoption at scale
- • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, structure complex technical problems, and drive execution to completion
