- • As a Product Manager at Harmattan AI, you will be at the heart of company strategy, responsible for product specification and roadmap based on market and technological analysis, and full-scale development and industrialization of the product.
- • You will manage timelines, resources, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure market fit and successful delivery of mission-critical defense systems.
- • Harmattan AI is a next-generation defense prime building autonomous and scalable defense systems, recently valued at $1.4 billion following a $200M Series B, focused on delivering impactful technologies to allied forces.
- • You will lead product definition, project management, technical coordination, team leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and resource allocation, gaining end-to-end ownership of complex defense product lifecycles while working at the forefront of autonomous systems innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • Master’s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- • At least 5 years of experience in technical roles
- • Experience in defense systems, UAV/UxV/robotics, aerospace, radars/RF/radio, optronics, PNT, AI, or related industries
- • Proven experience managing cross-functional, high-complexity aerospace, defense or robotics projects that have reached industrialization
- • Strong technical background with ability to understand and resolve complex engineering challenges
- • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
