- • As a Product Manager focused on User Engagement and Lifecycle at Pluralsight, you will drive the strategy and execution of features that enhance learner activation, retention, and re-engagement across the platform, directly impacting how users achieve their technology skill development goals.
- • You will design and optimize onboarding experiences for learners, admins, and leaders to accelerate time-to-value, own learner progress tracking and achievement systems to foster habit formation, manage outbound communications (email, in-app, push) for timely engagement, and build admin-facing tools that empower leaders to monitor and motivate teams at scale.
- • Pluralsight is a mission-driven learning platform dedicated to upskilling the global tech workforce, serving thousands of organizations and individuals with expert-led content in AI, cloud, cybersecurity, software development, and more, where your work will directly contribute to closing critical skills gaps.
- • You will collaborate closely with analytics, engineering, design, GTM, customer success, and marketing teams to instrument key behaviors, interpret data, and translate insights into product decisions that improve engagement metrics and business outcomes.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in lifecycle product management, gain hands-on experience with CRM and notification platforms (e.g., Braze, Iterable), strengthen your ability to balance end-user and admin/B2B personas, and grow your impact through data-informed roadmap planning and cross-functional leadership in a supportive, learning-oriented culture.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience as a Product Manager for SaaS or software products
- • Experience working with cross-functional Agile teams comprised of Engineers and Product Designers
- • Proven experience working with ambiguity and being able to build strategic direction and roadmap
