- • Lead the product vision and strategy for UX/UI-focused enhancements in VLogic’s cloud-based IWMS software, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
- • Champion user-centered design principles across the entire product lifecycle, from discovery to launch, ensuring every feature prioritizes usability and accessibility.
- • Collaborate directly with UX/UI designers to translate customer pain points, behaviors, and feedback into actionable product requirements and design specifications.
- • Advocate for inclusive design practices and compliance with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) to ensure the product is usable by all customers.
- • Balance aesthetic quality with technical feasibility by working closely with Software Architects and Sr Software Engineers to validate design constraints and implementation paths.
- • Define, maintain, and communicate a prioritized product roadmap based on strategic initiatives, customer feedback, and market research.
- • Conduct and analyze user research, interviews, and usability tests to inform product decisions and validate design hypotheses.
- • Write clear, detailed business and technical requirements that bridge product vision with engineering execution.
- • Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure successful adoption and market rollout of new features and product updates.
- • Monitor product performance using data-driven insights to prioritize enhancements, fix usability issues, and optimize customer satisfaction.
- • Lead product release planning, set delivery expectations, and communicate timelines to internal stakeholders and external customers.
- • Act as the primary product ambassador internally and externally, educating teams and clients on product capabilities, limitations, and value proposition.
- • Anticipate industry trends and emerging technologies to shape a forward-looking product strategy that positions VLogic as a market leader in facility management software.
- • Make strategic decisions on resource allocation and feature prioritization to maximize business impact, customer value, and technical efficiency.
- • Continuously gather and synthesize feedback from diverse stakeholders including end-users, support teams, and enterprise clients across healthcare, government, and education sectors.
- • Ensure all product decisions are rooted in empirical data, customer insights, and aligned with VLogic’s values of mindful collaboration, creative problem-solving, and ownership.
