  • • Serve as the central strategic and operational leader for the development, execution, and ongoing enhancement of Valve Clinic Coordinator (VCC) education programs across the United States.
  • • Spearhead the design, management, and meticulous tracking of comprehensive VCC training initiatives, utilizing virtual, hybrid, and in-person delivery methods to ensure a consistent and high-quality educational experience.
  • • Drive awareness and adoption of Transcatheter Mitral and Tricuspid Therapies (TMTT) by standardizing best practices among valve clinics nationwide.
  • • Define and own the national TMTT VCC education strategy, clearly articulating program objectives, establishing effective learning pathways, and setting measurable success metrics for all delivery formats.
  • • Proactively identify evolving VCC educational needs by analyzing market trends, gathering feedback from the field, understanding clinical practice gaps, and observing changes in customer workflows.
  • • Translate these critical insights into targeted, scalable, and impactful educational programs that meet the dynamic needs of VCCs.
  • • Develop and maintain a robust VCC curriculum designed to support new hires during onboarding, facilitate advanced learning opportunities, and foster continuous professional development.
  • • Ensure the VCC curriculum remains tightly aligned with national sales objectives and broader clinical goals, maximizing its strategic value.
  • • Orchestrate the planning, design, and execution of all VCC-focused programs, including major national and regional meetings, symposia at industry congresses, hands-on workshops, and engaging virtual learning events.
  • • Lead the critical process of agenda development for VCC programs, working collaboratively with VCC faculty, defining clear learning objectives, and overseeing content creation.
  • • Ensure all program content is accurate, relevant, and highly engaging for the VCC audience, partnering effectively with internal stakeholders and external subject matter experts.
  • • Manage the end-to-end execution of VCC programs, meticulously overseeing timelines, coordinating complex logistics, managing speaker engagements, ensuring content readiness, and implementing effective post-program follow-up strategies.
  • • Develop sophisticated clinical and operational content that is precisely tailored to the unique needs and responsibilities of the VCC audience.
  • • Integrate current clinical data, relevant literature, best practices in workflow management, and crucial regulatory considerations into all developed content.
  • • Foster strong cross-functional partnerships with Marketing, Brand, Corporate Communications, Training, and Sales teams to ensure message consistency and a unified approach across all VCC interactions.
  • • Navigate and successfully drive VCC program materials through Edwards Lifesciences' rigorous legal and regulatory approval processes, demonstrating a strong command of clinical and technical details.
  • • Identify, cultivate relationships with, and manage a diverse group of internal and external subject matter experts (SMEs), including seasoned VCCs and key field partners, to bolster program strategy and content development.
  • • Actively foster the growth of a national VCC community by facilitating collaboration, promoting knowledge sharing, and championing the adoption of standardized best practices across all valve clinics.
  • • Serve as a vital and trusted partner to the U.S. field sales organization, ensuring that VCC programs directly support field-based needs and enhance customer engagement strategies.
  • • Establish and maintain robust tracking mechanisms to accurately measure VCC program participation rates, levels of engagement, and overall effectiveness across both virtual and in-person delivery formats.
  • • Conduct thorough analysis of program outcomes and participant feedback to drive continuous optimization of the curriculum, refine delivery methods, and ensure the ongoing relevance of program content.
  • • Evaluate and recommend appropriate technology platforms and tools that can enhance effective content management, support virtual learning experiences, and improve program analytics specifically for the VCC audience.
  • • Communicate complex clinical, technical, and operational information with exceptional tact, diplomacy, and clarity to a wide range of internal and external audiences.
  • • Represent leadership effectively on VCC-focused projects, providing expert consultation within a project setting and interfacing seamlessly with project managers and sales leadership.
  • • Demonstrate exceptional ability to manage multiple, complex priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, while consistently maintaining a high level of attention to detail and meeting all critical deadlines.
