Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the strategic roadmap for Vault CRM Suite, the life-sciences CRM that commands 80 % global market share and is used by the world’s largest pharmaceutical, biotech, and med-tech companies to orchestrate every touchpoint with healthcare professionals.
- • Translate complex market signals—regulatory shifts, AI breakthroughs, customer pain points, competitive moves—into a coherent 12- to 24-month product vision that balances rapid innovation with the rigorous compliance demands of 100 + countries.
- • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, business-case development, detailed PRD authoring, sprint planning, UX reviews, go-to-market collateral, launch webinars, and post-release adoption analytics, ensuring each release delights users and moves revenue or retention KPIs.
- • Champion AI-powered customer engagement by designing and shipping features such as next-best-action agents, conversational interfaces, and predictive analytics that surface in real time inside the CRM, boosting rep effectiveness and medical-scientific-liaison impact.
- • Collaborate daily with a cross-functional squad of 15 + engineers, architects, QA leads, UX designers, data scientists, and compliance SMEs, running agile ceremonies, resolving blockers, and maintaining a transparent Jira backlog that the entire company can inspect.
- • Serve as the primary product evangelist to the field: deliver roadmap keynotes at customer advisory boards, run quarterly “sneak peek” webinars for 500 + users, and gather structured feedback that feeds directly into backlog prioritization.
- • Partner with strategic alliances (Microsoft 365, Workday, Zoom, Concur, etc.) to design and certify integrations that extend Vault CRM into the daily workflows of commercial and medical teams, reducing swivel-chair friction and increasing data fidelity.
- • Own the success metrics: define OKRs for feature adoption, NPS uplift, ARR influence, and AI model accuracy; instrument telemetry; and present quarterly business reviews to the SVP of Product and the CEO.
- • Mentor associate product managers and new hires, creating reusable templates for PRDs, personas, and release checklists that scale the Product Management discipline across Veeva.
- • Contribute to Veeva’s public-benefit-corporation mission by ensuring every roadmap decision accelerates the delivery of life-saving therapies to patients while upholding the highest ethical standards.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2 + years of product management experience at a B2B SaaS company, with a track record of shipping enterprise-grade features to market on time and within budget.
- • Demonstrated ability to gather and synthesize customer feedback from multiple channels (interviews, surveys, advisory boards, win/loss calls) and convert insights into prioritized product requirements.
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable querying data (SQL, BI tools) to uncover the “why” behind user behavior and business trends.
- • Self-motivated, resourceful, and independent—willing to go the extra mile to unblock engineering, close customer knowledge gaps, and ensure successful releases.
- • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; able to craft crisp PRDs, executive briefs, and customer-facing roadmap decks that resonate with both technical and commercial audiences.
- • Nice-to-have: experience in life sciences (commercial, medical, or field operations), conversational AI / LLMs, configurable enterprise SaaS platforms, Veeva Vault Platform, or a computer-science background.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance from day one, with generous employer premium contributions and HSA options.
- • Flexible PTO plus company-paid holidays and an end-of-year shutdown to recharge.
- • Retirement programs including 401(k) with immediate vesting and company match, plus access to financial-planning resources.
- • 1 % charitable giving program—Veeva donates 1 % of profits and provides every employee paid volunteer time to support causes they care about.
- • Work-Anywhere flexibility: choose home, office, or hybrid, with an annual stipend for home-office setup and co-working memberships.
