- • As a Product Marketing Lead at Vendelux, you will be instrumental in shaping how the market understands and adopts our groundbreaking event marketing platform. You will be the bridge between our innovative product and the event marketing professionals who rely on it to drive significant business outcomes. Your primary mission is to articulate the immense value Vendelux delivers, ensuring our customers not only understand our features but also fully leverage them to maximize their event marketing ROI.
- • You will be responsible for crafting compelling product messaging that clearly demonstrates how Vendelux directly contributes to pipeline generation, operational efficiency, and measurable return on investment for sales leaders, marketers, and entire event teams. This involves translating complex technical capabilities into tangible business benefits that resonate with our target audience.
- • A key aspect of your role will be to develop and create a rich library of content designed to accelerate customer onboarding and drive feature adoption. This includes authoring comprehensive guides, concise one-pagers, engaging webinars, and clear, customer-friendly explanations of new functionalities. Your content will empower users to quickly become proficient and extract maximum value from the platform.
- • You will collaborate closely with our Customer Success team to build out robust playbooks, targeted campaigns, and essential materials. These resources will be crucial in expanding customer usage of Vendelux, identifying opportunities for upsell, and facilitating successful cross-sell initiatives, thereby deepening customer relationships and increasing lifetime value.
- • Supporting our Sales and Sales Development Representative (SDR) teams will be a critical function. You will equip them with powerful sales decks, effective talk tracks, insightful competitive intelligence, and compelling customer success stories. These assets will strengthen our market positioning, enhance our competitive edge, and ultimately improve win rates for new business opportunities.
- • To ensure our messaging and product development remain aligned with customer needs, you will actively participate in and review customer calls. This direct exposure will provide invaluable insights into customer pain points, allow for real-time refinement of product messaging, and uncover opportunities to enhance user adoption and overall satisfaction.
- • You will take the lead on planning and executing product launch communications. This involves orchestrating both internal enablement efforts for our go-to-market teams and external announcements to our customer base. The goal is to ensure a smooth and impactful rollout of new capabilities, maximizing awareness and immediate adoption.
- • A significant part of your role will involve authoring ongoing thought leadership content and product-focused articles. These pieces will be published on platforms like LinkedIn and our company blog, establishing Vendelux as a key voice in the event marketing space and attracting new prospects.
- • You will conduct thorough and ongoing competitive analysis to stay ahead of the curve in the dynamic event technology landscape. Understanding competitor strategies, product offerings, and market positioning will inform our own product roadmap and marketing efforts.
- • This role is perfect for a strategic thinker with a passion for understanding customer needs and translating them into actionable marketing strategies. You should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment, possess a strong bias for action, and be driven by measurable outcomes and revenue impact. Your ability to apply the 80/20 principle, focusing on high-impact activities without getting bogged down in perfectionism, will be key to your success.
- • Ultimately, you will be a champion for the event marketer, helping them to achieve their goals through the power of Vendelux. You will contribute directly to the growth and success of a rapidly scaling Series A SaaS company, working alongside a talented team with deep industry experience.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5 to 8 years of experience in product marketing or customer marketing roles.

- • Demonstrated comfort and effectiveness in presenting to customers and prospects, coupled with a genuine interest in becoming an expert on the challenges faced by event marketing professionals.
- • Proven experience collaborating effectively with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.
- • A strong bias towards action and a clear focus on achieving tangible outcomes, driving adoption, and making a measurable impact on revenue.
- • A practical, results-oriented approach, applying the 80/20 mindset to prioritize efforts and act quickly without sacrificing essential quality.
