- • As a Product Marketing Lead at Lightspark Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping how the world understands and adopts the company’s open payment protocol for the Internet. Positioned at the intersection of product, sales, and market strategy, you will translate complex technical innovations into compelling narratives that drive enterprise adoption. Your work will directly influence how prospects perceive value, how sales teams engage customers, and how the brand communicates its differentiation in a competitive fintech landscape. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where your strategic input will accelerate market penetration and revenue growth.
- • You will develop sharp, differentiated positioning for Lightspark’s core products—Grid, Node, and Spark—by deeply understanding buyer personas, their pain points, and the unique value proposition that sets Lightspark apart in the enterprise infrastructure and fintech space. This includes crafting consistent messaging that aligns sales, leadership, and marketing teams around a unified story that resonates with technical and business decision-makers alike.
- • You will own end-to-end go-to-market strategy for product and partner launches, building detailed playbooks, coordinating cross-functional efforts across product, engineering, sales, and design, and ensuring each launch achieves maximum market impact and adoption velocity. This involves timing, messaging, enablement, and post-launch optimization to ensure momentum is sustained.
- • You will lead and continuously evolve the Demo Friday program, transforming it into a high-conversion, revenue-generating engine by ensuring demos are technically accurate, compellingly structured, and tailored to address specific buyer objections and use cases. You will refine demo flows, update content regularly, and train presenters to maximize engagement and close rates.
- • You will create and maintain a comprehensive sales enablement library, including pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, objection-handling guides, and solution briefs that empower the sales team to communicate value quickly, overcome objections, and close larger deals faster. These assets will be continuously updated based on market feedback, competitive shifts, and customer insights.
- • You will build a powerful library of customer success stories by collaborating closely with customers and the Customer Success team to capture authentic, measurable outcomes that illustrate real-world value. These narratives will be used across marketing channels, sales conversations, and the website to build credibility and help prospects envision their own success with Lightspark.
- • You will own and optimize the product and solution pages on lightspark.com, ensuring every page answers a buyer’s question, addresses a use case, and guides visitors toward conversion. Working closely with design and engineering, you will ensure the site remains sharp, informative, and conversion-focused, leveraging SEO best practices and user experience principles to improve engagement and lead generation.
- • You will stay deeply connected to the market by monitoring competitive movements, analyzing industry trends, and gathering intelligence on shifting buyer expectations. This ongoing market awareness will inform positioning adjustments, messaging tests, and strategic recommendations to ensure Lightspark remains ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving payments landscape.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of product marketing experience, with at least 2 years at a senior level in B2B SaaS, fintech, or enterprise infrastructure
- • Proven ability to develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with enterprise buyers and technical audiences
- • Experience owning go-to-market launches end to end, including partner or channel launches
- • Proven fluency with AI tools to accelerate content creation, experimentation, and decision-making
- • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of producing executive-level decks and detailed competitive analyses with equal proficiency
- • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with demonstrated ability to align Product, Sales, Design, and Leadership around shared goals
- • Data-driven mindset, with experience measuring marketing and sales impact to refine strategy and improve performance
