- • As a Product Marketing Manager at DISA Global Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how the company’s safety and compliance products are perceived and adopted in the market, directly influencing customer awareness, engagement, and revenue growth for a trusted provider serving over 55,000 clients, including 30% of the Fortune 500.
- • You will bridge product innovation and market impact by transforming complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences and drive measurable business outcomes.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include owning and refining product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for assigned solution areas, ensuring they are differentiated, customer-focused, and aligned with market needs.
- • You will lead go-to-market planning and execution for product launches, feature releases, and key initiatives, developing launch briefs, messaging guides, and cross-functional enablement materials to ensure organizational readiness.
- • You will create and maintain essential sales enablement tools such as pitch decks, battlecards, FAQs, and product updates, empowering Sales and Customer Success teams to communicate value effectively and handle objections with confidence.
- • You will deliver training and enablement sessions for internal teams, covering product updates, use cases, competitive differentiation, and objection handling to ensure consistent messaging across customer touchpoints.
- • You will partner closely with Corporate Marketing to align product messaging with broader campaigns, demand generation efforts, and communication strategies, ensuring cohesive storytelling across all channels.
- • You will conduct ongoing market, customer, and competitive research to inform positioning, GTM strategy, and product enhancements, synthesizing field insights and win/loss data into actionable recommendations.
- • You will collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships teams to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and execution, fostering shared ownership of product success.
- • You will define success metrics for product launches and GTM initiatives, track performance against adoption, revenue impact, and competitive outcomes, and continuously optimize strategies based on data and feedback.
- • You will support co-marketing and partnership initiatives by developing shared value messaging and ecosystem narratives that amplify reach and strengthen market positioning.
- • You will monitor product adoption trends, identify gaps in messaging or enablement, and recommend improvements to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- • 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing or strategic B2B/B2C marketing, preferably within software, SaaS, or technology-enabled services.
- • Proven experience supporting product launches, feature releases, and go-to-market execution, including development of sales enablement materials and delivery of internal training.
- • Strong ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling, and customer-focused messaging and value propositions.
- • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
- • Strong analytical skills, with experience using data, customer feedback, and market insights to guide decisions and optimize GTM strategies.
