📋 Description

• As a Social Media Strategist at Globe Life Insurance, you will serve as a guide for social media strategy development and implementation, helping Divisional leaders, agency owners, and field agents optimize their social media presence to support brand consistency and engagement.
• Day to day, you will travel nationwide (and occasionally internationally) to train insurance professionals on social media best practices, present brand standards for tools like Google Business listings and Birdeye profiles, collaborate with the Marketing Team on strategy coordination, and stay current with evolving social media trends and content requirements.

• In this role, you will develop expertise in corporate social media training, brand advocacy, and marketing asset management while building presentation, communication, and project management skills through hands-on experience with diverse audiences and cross-functional teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in social media, graphic design, or digital marketing (or related field)
• 1-2 years of professional experience in social media design and/or account management
• Passion for social media and digital marketing industry
• Enjoyment of frequent travel (nationally and occasionally internationally)
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills as an outgoing culture ambassador
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities with management and team members
• Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
• Strong proofreading and writing skills with attention to detail
• Ability to thrive under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere) or video editing (a plus)
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Sprout) and online reputation platforms (e.g., Birdeye, Google My Business) (a plus)
• Bilingual in English/Spanish (a plus)
