  • As a Product Marketing Manager at Relayfi Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping how self-made business owners experience financial clarity and control through our digital banking platform, directly contributing to their ability to turn hard work into lasting success by transforming cash flow from a source of stress into a strategic asset.
  • You will sit at the intersection of product, marketing, and growth, driving go-to-market strategy, influencing product roadmap through customer insights, and ensuring launches are not only executed but optimized for adoption, engagement, and measurable business impact in a fast-paced fintech environment.
  • Your day-to-day will include supporting the planning and execution of go-to-market launches for new products, features, and key initiatives, ensuring each is grounded in customer insights and aligned with overarching business goals.
  • You will contribute to research efforts that uncover user needs, pain points, and competitive dynamics, translating those insights into clear, customer-centric messaging and positioning for both internal stakeholders and external audiences.
  • You will partner with Product, Brand, and Growth teams to craft compelling product and brand narratives that communicate differentiation, drive product adoption and engagement, and maintain consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints to create cohesive user experiences.
  • You will track and report on go-to-market performance, campaign effectiveness, and product adoption metrics, collaborating with the Data team to analyze results and make data-informed recommendations for optimization and iteration.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams from early ideation through post-launch to shape positioning, influence pricing and packaging strategies, and ensure product value is clearly articulated and realized by target SMB customers.
  • You will operate in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where proactive problem-solving, bias for action, and high-quality execution are expected and rewarded as you manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You will serve as a customer advocate, consistently bringing user needs and feedback into product discussions, messaging, and go-to-market planning to ensure solutions resonate with real business owners.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5 years of product marketing or related experience in a B2B or B2B2C tech company, preferably with exposure to SMB-focused products
  • Proven experience supporting successful product launches and contributing to campaigns that drove awareness, adoption, or engagement
  • Strong communication and storytelling abilities, with the skill to translate complex fintech concepts into clear, compelling value propositions
  • Data curiosity — comfort interpreting metrics and eagerness to learn from results to inform future decisions
  • Highly collaborative, proactive, and adept at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Customer advocacy mindset — passionate about understanding user needs and embedding the customer voice into product and marketing decisions
