📋 Description
- • Product Marketing Manager at Acorns Grow Incorporated responsible for supporting messaging, go-to-market strategy, and evergreen content programs that drive adoption across the Acorns and Acorns Early product portfolios.
- • Day-to-day activities include developing product positioning frameworks, supporting key launches, maintaining a library of evergreen assets such as FAQs and value propositions, synthesizing customer insights into messaging recommendations, applying AI tools to improve marketing deliverables, and collaborating with Product, Brand, Growth, Lifecycle, Research, and Compliance teams.
- • Acorns is a remote-first financial wellness company with optional office access in Irvine, CA, dedicated to helping everyday people and families save and invest for the long term through micro-investing, guided by values of leading with heart, making bold decisions, building trust, never stopping growth, and finding a way.
- • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in product marketing within the fintech space, gain experience integrating AI into marketing workflows, contribute to measurable customer adoption, and grow through structured career development programs while advancing financial wellness for millions of users.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5 years of product marketing experience with a track record of supporting product launches
- • Strong communication and storytelling skills to translate technical features into clear customer value
- • Proficiency in using AI tools to support marketing deliverables such as messaging, content creation, or research synthesis
- • Proven ability to synthesize customer insights into actionable marketing recommendations
- • Experience developing customer-facing marketing assets and maintaining evergreen content systems
