- • As a Product Marketing Manager at Relayfi Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping how the company’s fintech products are positioned, launched, and adopted by self-made business owners seeking financial clarity and control. You will sit at the intersection of product, marketing, and growth, ensuring that every product launch is grounded in customer insights and aligned with business objectives to drive real impact.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include supporting the end-to-end planning and execution of go-to-market strategies for new products, features, and key initiatives; conducting and synthesizing customer and market research to uncover user needs and competitive dynamics; collaborating with Product, Brand, and Growth teams to craft compelling messaging and storytelling that communicates value and differentiation; tracking and analyzing GTM performance metrics in partnership with the Data team to measure adoption, campaign effectiveness, and identify optimization opportunities; maintaining consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints to ensure cohesive brand experiences; and contributing to pricing and packaging decisions based on market feedback and business goals.

You’ll also develop stronger cross-functional collaboration skills, data-informed decision-making, and expertise in launch execution, positioning, and performance measurement—setting the foundation for advancement into senior product marketing or product leadership roles.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 years of product marketing or related experience in a B2B or B2B2C technology company, preferably with exposure to SMB-focused products
- • Proven experience supporting successful product launches and contributing to campaigns that drove awareness, adoption, or user engagement
- • Strong communication and storytelling abilities, with the skill to distill complex technical or financial concepts into clear, compelling value propositions
- • Data curiosity and comfort interpreting metrics to inform strategy and optimization efforts
- • Highly collaborative, proactive, and adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for advocating user needs and embedding customer voice into product and marketing decisions
